Terms of service

Agent accounts are for licensed travel agencies. We may verify your details and approve, decline or suspend an account at our discretion.

• Your login email identifies your account and can't be changed.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

A hold reserves seats or a vehicle for a limited time shown at booking. If it isn't confirmed before it expires, it is released automatically. A booking is confirmed only when the portal shows it as confirmed and the fare has been charged to your wallet.

You must provide accurate passenger, flight and pickup details. Wrong details may lead to delays or extra charges.

Prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and depend on the route, vehicle and travel date. Private vehicles are priced per vehicle and the sharing bus per seat.

• Wallet top-ups are credited once our finance team verifies your bank transfer.
• Deposits in other currencies are credited in SAR at the rate applied on posting.
• Credit limits are granted at our discretion and must be settled on request.

Contact our operations desk as early as possible to change or cancel a confirmed booking. Refunds, where due, are credited to your agency wallet. Late cancellations and no-shows may not be refundable.

• All times are Saudi Arabia time (UTC+3).
• Passengers should be ready at the pickup point at the booked time; drivers can wait only for a reasonable period.
• Luggage must fit the vehicle's stated capacity.
• We may substitute a vehicle of equal or higher class when needed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, authorities, weather or other events beyond our control. Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for it, except where the law says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to bookings made after it is published.
